Wednesday, February 04, 2009 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (PT)
Join us for our February Education Webinar. We will show you how to create a wiki in your classroom, create accounts for your students, and introduce you to Chris Bell.
Chris is the Technology Project Manager at the Julian Charter School where he and his colleagues have been using wikis for several years. He will show you the different ways wikis have been used in his school and how you can take advantage of features on Wikispaces to support and enrich your online classroom.
You can join us in our Elluminate room for the event. Please register in advance as we only have a limited number of seats available. If you haven't used Elluminate before, you can head to their support page to make sure your browser settings are correctly configured.
We provide the world's easiest to use wikis. We have a large and active education community with over 150,000 educational wikis and over 800,000 teachers and students.
Our webinar series is designed to help that community learn, share, and grow. We teach the basics of creating and using wikis in the classroom and present educators who have lessons and stories to share about their use of wikis in education.
